  • Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays).
  • Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted due to our quick turnaround time.
  • Bonded by Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is in transit, we are no longer liable. If your package gets lost or stolen, we suggest calling your local post office with your tracking number for them to assist in locating the package.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Bonded by Fashion will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of an item being delivered for store credit only. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

  • We must receive your exchange within 14 days of your delivery date to be eligible for a store credit. Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed.¬†
  • To be eligible for store credit your items must be scent free,
    unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, please email¬†contact@bondedbyfashion.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait until your return has been approved before you mail the item back to us. We are not responsible for items mailed back without first being approved and cannot guarantee full refund in such events. Once approved, please¬†include your invoice¬†and mail it along with the item(s) you wish to return. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and any shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable.
  • Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed which is why we do not offer exchanges.¬†
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in the event of a defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

  • Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.

damaged merchandise

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If for some reason you have received damaged merchandise, please report within 3 days of receiving the item. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for exchange or store credit. Please email contact@bondedbyfashion.com for damaged items.
