Order
Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within
3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping depends on geographic location, inventory and demand of items requested. During holiday seasons due to peak delivery demand, items may have a longer shipping time. Shipping cost is based on weight.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us with your order number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships with a tracking number to monitor delivery status information.
Unfortunately, we do not offer price
adjustments on previously purchased items.
Bonded by Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is in transit, we are no longer liable. If your package gets lost or stolen, we suggest calling your local post office with your tracking number for them to locate the package for you.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information. Due to our stock continuously changing, we will not accept exchanges, as we cannot promise an item will be in stock by the time we receive your returned item. The best way to exchange is for you to do a return and receive store credit, then place an order for the item you wish to purchase.
